Meet The Team Behind The Doctor
Shire Facial Plastic Surgery is more a boutique experience as opposed to a clinic. We strive to provide a personalized experience for each individual patient. All procedures all performed by Dr. Shire personally. The patient care team is extremely well trained with years of experience to be able to provide the highest quality patient care.
ANGELIC ROGERS
Front Office Coordinator
Angelic Rogers Angelic serves as our Front Office Coordinator but more than that that, she is our First Impressions Manager. She is the friendly voice on the phone and the attentive, welcoming face when patients come into the office. She has been with Dr. Shire for more than five years but has more than 20 years of experience in the cosmetic industry. At SPFS, she has paired her customer service expertise and knowledge of our skincare program to assist all of our patients. When scheduling appointments, Angelic is attentive to patient's needs to ensure their experience is seamless and pleasant.

CeCe creates a positive relationship with patients, providing support and guidance throughout their treatment journey. She makes them feel comfortable by educating them with pre- and post-operative instructions before a procedure to ensure a wonderful experience at Shire Facial Plastic Surgery. CeCe is very knowledgeable, and approaches each interaction with patience, empathy, understanding, kindness and warmth. With more than 10 years working with Dr. Shire and more than 30 years in the plastic surgery field as a medical assistant, CeCe graduated from Chattanooga State in 1991.

HAYLIE LINGERFELT, RN
Registered Nurse
Haylie is a Registered Nurse and currently serves as Dr. Shire's assistant and Operating Room Coordinator but she has been part of the SFPS surgical team since 2017 as nurse circulator. With her compassionate demeanor and delightful personality, Haylie puts every patient at ease through the surgical process. Her knowledge of the job and attention to detail adds up to the best patient care. Haylie earned her Bachelor's of Nursing from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2015. Her experience includes perioperative services for a heart and vascular center as well as a gastroenterology center. Before joining SPFS, Haylie was a charge nurse for the medical/surgical unit at Tenova Hospital in Cleveland.

What To Expect At Shire Facial Plastic Surgery
Consultation
At Shire Facial Plastic Surgery, we place a great deal of importance into the consultation process. This is a chance for the patient to evaluate Dr. Shire, express their desires and concerns and educate themselves of all their facial aesthetic options. Dr. Shire usually spends a great deal of time (about an hour or more) with each consult to answer the questions patients should be asking prior to undergoing surgery. We believe if the patient is provided with a comprehensive explanation of not only the surgical procedure, risks and possible complications, but an understanding of the healing and recovery process, they will have a better outcome and a more enjoyable experience.
Your Treatment
Your treatment and special care at Shire Facial Plastic Surgery is personalized for you and your specific needs. We think of ourselves as more of a boutique rather than a department store. Individualized treatment plans are developed to provide each patient the most up to date approach to achieve a natural youthful appearance. All procedures and treatments are performed by Dr. Shire personally.
